I had a room with a good balcony overlooking a quiet street. the sun warmed the balcony during most afternoons. It felt intimate. the bathroom was of a good size for one person, with a shower over a bathtub.
there was no security at the building entrance, so anyone could walk in. it didn't feel safe.

The staff in reception were friendly. Cleaners also were friendly. The room was tidy for a hotel of this type.

convenient location smooth process extra perks missing lift weak fan no security
The location is convenient! the front desk process felt smooth. i also used the facilities at the partner hotel. It was like getting extra perks!
There wasn't a lift. I had to carry luggage up stairs. also, i thought the fan wasn't strong enough. it was very hot. finally, there was no security at the entrance. It.

a charming find!
great location clean room fresh towels
I was kinda surprised by the location. I found it close to both the port and the bus stop. the room was clean each day with fresh towels provided. the bathroom facilities were also good. This.
The fan in my room did struggle a bit in the july heat. Air conditioning would have been beneficial. it. i hope they consider adding it in the future.

The hotel has a pool i enjoyed. Also there is a bar and restaurant next to the hotel at hostal anibal, and i found affordable food there. free parking next to the hotel is available for several cars, which i consider very convenient.

The reception operates 24 hours. That is convenient. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke both english and spanish. i appreciate the attention from all the service staff, from the cleaners to the waiters in the restaurant.
